We could build set of online applications (office, vector drawing, bitmap, CAD, universal database), all that can be moved to the cloud.

Point The Point
The Point states the purpose of a Peeramid. It is written by the peers, and it's the rallying call for everyone who's participating. The Point is a living document that can be amended and changed. For more information see the FAQ

Establishment of a fair company

In the computer industry, large companies with a waterfall hierarchy structure are the most successful. Waterfall hierarchy has benefits from the aspect of work efficiency, but it seems somehow that rewards for the work being done are unfairly distributed.

Waterfall hierarchy? Just my expression for a situation: a boss tells you and your colleagues what to do and eith you do it or pass it to the people you are boss to. These structures usually obtain centralized leadership with very little creativity left to everything else. These structures also usually implement a rewarding ratio that doesn’t follow the ratio of amount of work that bosses and their stuff invest to the project.

Interestingly, efficiency of these conservative structures can be seen from comparing bigger commercial applications to bigger open source ones. Believe me, I’m not glad to admit that, i.e. commercial office products are winning the battle over open source ones. IMHO everyone should have the freedom to choose where to invest their time, while being rewarded from projects that benefit from them.

So, can we have the work efficiency of hierarchically structured companies with the benefits of freelance programming model? One of possible models is implemented by the very Peeramid. It provides a project structure, together with the freedom of choosing to participate in any segment of the project, or making a new segment that serves differently, according to one's favour. Also, any peeramid can be rebinded to any other parent peeramid that serves better than the current parent peeramid.

Please, feel free to propose Your models as well, as we are looking forward to etablish a healthy company.
